Our Group Lacrosse Training Sessions are designed to help players build confidence, develop strong technical skills, and grow their understanding of the game in a fun, supportive environment. Each session combines high-energy drills with position-specific coaching, focusing on stick work, footwork, shooting, defensive technique, and game-sense development. Coaches emphasize teamwork, communication, and smart decision-making, while keeping sessions fast-paced and engaging. **Limited to 5 athletes per session**
