Trainer
Lauren Jordan
LJ's lacrosse journey began in Marietta, GA, where she was a four-year starter at Walton High School before earning a starting spot at Division 1 Kennesaw State University. She became a 2x All-Conference Player and set records that still stand today - most caused turnovers in a single season and overall career caused turnovers.
As Head Coach for D2 Shorter University, LJ led her team to the most wins in program history while developing an All-Conference goalie for two consecutive seasons. Returning to Kennesaw State as Assistant Coach, she led the Owls to become the number one scoring offense in the country, developing a number of players into All-Conference talent.
For the past 10 years with Eagle Stix lacrosse, LJ has helped over 100 athletes achieve their dream of playing collegiate lacrosse. She understands the recruiting process and has the proven track record to get players there. Now, as the new Head Coach for North Paulding High School, LJ continues to shape the next generation of lacrosse players.
LJ brings championship-level experience from every angle—record-breaking defensive skills, offensive coaching success at the national level, and a decade of experience guiding 100+ athletes to college programs.

Trainer
Erika Eggers
Erika Eggers brings 17 years of lacrosse experience to our training facility, combining a strong playing background with a genuine passion for developing young athletes. Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, just outside of Dallas, Erika grew up playing lacrosse with Flower Mound Lacrosse, 214 Lacrosse, and C2C Lacrosse gaining valuable experience at both local and national levels, before taking her game to the collegiate level at Kennesaw State University. These experiences taught her what it takes to succeed at different levels of competition and gave her insights she now shares with her players. Erika started coaching at just 16 years old with Flower Mound youth lacrosse, showing early on that she had a talent for teaching the game. For the past three years, she has been coaching with ATL Lacrosse, and she is currently in her second year as a coach for the Lassiter High School lacrosse team. This combination of youth and high school coaching gives her a unique perspective on player development at different stages. She focuses on building strong fundamentals and helping players develop a deeper understanding of the game. Her approach is straightforward: teach the skills, explain the why behind them, and help each athlete reach their potential through consistent, high-level training.

Trainer
Kat Sweeney
Kat Sweeney has been around lacrosse for over a decade, picking up the game in fifth grade and playing all the way through college. At East Paulding High School, she was a four-year starting midfielder who served as team captain and helped lead the program to its first-ever playoff appearance.
She went on to play collegiately at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and later at Lee University, where she continued to develop her game at the next level. Over the years, Kat has played every position on the field, with a primary focus on midfield and attack — giving her a well-rounded understanding of the game from every angle.
Kat has been coaching for nine years, starting with East Paulding's rec program and continuing with West Cobb Lacrosse, B12, and now Hillgrove's rec program. For the past five years, she's also worked with players through private lessons, helping them build confidence, sharpen fundamentals, and develop game awareness.
Her training is rooted in lacrosse IQ, draw knowledge, and the leadership and focus it takes to compete at a high level. Having gone through the college recruiting process herself, Kat also provides guidance to athletes and families navigating recruiting — what coaches look for, how to stand out, and how to approach the process with confidence.

Trainer
Riley Muller
Rylie is a Marietta native and spent four years as a varsity starter on defense at Pope High School, where she broke the school's caused-turnover and interception records three years running. By the time she graduated in 2025, she had racked up more than 100 caused turnovers — both the all-time and single-season program records.
That production earned her a long list of recognition: the USA Lacrosse Jackie Pitts Award for the State of Georgia, three-time All-America Player to Watch, two-time All-State, three-time All-Region, two-time Defensive MVP, team captain, and Coaches Award recipient. Nationally, she was selected to the Under Armour 150, named UA All-America, competed in American Select in 2021 and 2022, and earned a spot on Nations Best, the New Balance national team. She was also a standout basketball player at Pope — earning Defensive MVP, Sports Illustrated Georgia Player of the Week, and a Team Georgia selection — and that two-sport background shows up in how she teaches footwork, anticipation, and body positioning.
Rylie currently plays defense at Kennesaw State University, where she's pursuing a degree in Exercise Science as a Scholar Athlete. She's been coaching since before college, working with Pope Junior and Senior Select, SoZo Stars, Freestyle 2028, and 3D Georgia 2034.
Her training focuses on the fundamentals that build elite defenders — stance, footwork, angles, and timing — along with the mental side: communication, confidence through reps, and the discipline to let the play come to you.

Trainer
Brooklyn Hill
Brooklyn Hill picked up a lacrosse stick in sixth grade and hasn't slowed down since. A Georgia native, she spent three years on varsity at Kell High School in Marietta, earning all-state and all-county honors and reaching the 5A state championship game as both a freshman and sophomore.
From Kell, Brooklyn went on to play Division I lacrosse at Kennesaw State University for two years before transferring to Reinhardt University in Waleska, Georgia — where she won a NAIA national championship her first season. As a senior at Reinhardt, she was named IWLCA NAIA Offensive Player of the Week, earned all-conference and all-conference tournament team honors, and was recognized on the all-academic team. She graduated with a degree in business administration with a focus in marketing.
Brooklyn's coaching career started while she was still playing. She began with Atlanta Storm Lacrosse, coaching across all age levels, and has since coached at Etowah High School, Trojan Youth Lacrosse, and ATL Lacrosse Club. After Reinhardt, she served as a graduate assistant coach at Tusculum University (Division II), where she focused on player development and draw specialties while earning her master's in sports management.
At Crease, Brooklyn brings that same development-first approach to every session. Her training is built around fundamentals and lacrosse IQ — helping players not just execute skills, but understand why and when to use them.
