Trainer
Erika Eggers
Erika Eggers brings 17 years of lacrosse experience to our training facility, combining a strong playing background with a genuine passion for developing young athletes. Originally from Flower Mound, Texas, just outside of Dallas, Erika grew up playing lacrosse with Flower Mound Lacrosse, 214 Lacrosse, and C2C Lacrosse gaining valuable experience at both local and national levels, before taking her game to the collegiate level at Kennesaw State University. These experiences taught her what it takes to succeed at different levels of competition and gave her insights she now shares with her players. Erika started coaching at just 16 years old with Flower Mound youth lacrosse, showing early on that she had a talent for teaching the game. For the past three years, she has been coaching with ATL Lacrosse, and she is currently in her second year as a coach for the Lassiter High School lacrosse team. This combination of youth and high school coaching gives her a unique perspective on player development at different stages. She focuses on building strong fundamentals and helping players develop a deeper understanding of the game. Her approach is straightforward: teach the skills, explain the why behind them, and help each athlete reach their potential through consistent, high-level training.

Trainer
Marleigh Bellefanti
Marleigh's lacrosse journey began in her home state of Georgia, where she spent a decade developing her skills and passion for the game. At Hillgrove High School, she became a standout attacker over four years on varsity, earning recognition as a two-time USA All-American and being named a USA Lacrosse Magazine Girls South Player of the Week. These honors reflected not just her talent, but her consistency and dedication to improving every time she stepped on the field.
Now competing at Kennesaw State University, Marleigh made an immediate impact in her freshman season, earning a spot on the Atlantic Sun Conference All-Freshman Team. Her transition to collegiate lacrosse has given her valuable perspective on what it takes to compete at higher levels and how proper fundamentals make all the difference.
Marleigh brings coaching experience from her time working with Hillgrove High School, where she learned that breaking down skills to their most basic components helps players truly understand the game. Her coaching philosophy centers on building a strong foundation through repetition and attention to detail. She believes that when players master the fundamentals through high-rep training, they develop the muscle memory and confidence needed to perform consistently in game situations.
Whether working with beginners or more experienced players, Marleigh focuses on ensuring each athlete understands the "why" behind every drill and technique. Her approach helps players not only improve their stick skills and field awareness, but also gain the confidence to take their game to the next level.

Trainer
Gabby Montegari
Gabby's connection to lacrosse runs deep—she grew up surrounded by the sport with both parents coaching and her mother serving as a club team director. This early exposure sparked a passion that has driven her for the past 16 years. Originally from New Jersey, Gabby started on varsity all four years at Immaculate Heart Academy and competed at the club level with Mad Dog NNJ Black before continuing her playing career at Kennesaw State University.
Her upbringing in a lacrosse family gave her unique insight into both the player and coaching perspectives from an early age. She learned firsthand how good coaching can transform a player's understanding of the game and help them reach their potential. This foundation has shaped her approach to working with athletes at every level.
With four years of coaching experience, Gabby has served as an assistant coach for Mad Dog NNJ Lacrosse and ATL Lacrosse, and currently interns with Mad Dog NNJ Lacrosse.
